Indigenous engagement

Our long-term vision is to embed inclusive workplace culture and work practices that embrace diversity.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan

Our Reconciliation Action Plan reflects our formal commitment to take action now to adopt inclusive workplace practices and improve the diversity of our organisation in a way that enables us to meaningfully and sustainably engage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples both within our company and in the communities in which we operate.

We will progress our reconciliation journey by taking practical actions to achieve our objectives while tracking and monitoring our progress.

Our long-term vision is to embed inclusive workplace culture and work practices that embrace diversity.

We look forward to working together with our employees and partners as we launch our reconciliation journey.

In late 2020, we began a partnership with Yalari, a not-for-profit organisation that offers quality, secondary education scholarships at leading Australian boarding schools for Indigenous children from regional, rural and remote communities. Yalari is passionate about providing education to Australia’s indigenous children as the key to generational change.

We are honoured to be sponsoring two children from Western Australia – from Broome and Derby in the State’s North, for their entire secondary education. It is incredibly rewarding to know that, with the support of National Jet Express, these two children are treading a path towards a bright future and a life of opportunity.

We have plans to continue building on our relationship with Yalari throughout 2021, and will keep you updated on developments.
