Who we are
NJE Aircraft Services & Engineering (NASE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of National Jet Express Pty Ltd. and is an established MRO company with a wide array of solutions for your MRO needs.
With over 30 years of experience in delivering Maintenance solutions by a team of highly experienced engineers and support staff.
Our Team
Our engineering team comprises over 120 highly skilled engineers across our Bases, supported by specialist tech services, CAMO, logistics and administration staff. Together NASE is ready to support any of your operational needs.
Our Facilities
Line Maintenance
With primary Line Maintenance Bases in Adelaide and Perth, complemented by a smaller base in Brisbane, NASE is equipped to deliver nationwide support. Our single-bay hangar in Perth and multi-bay hangar in Adelaide enable us to provide comprehensive line maintenance services, as well as casualty and AOG support.”
Base Maintenance
Operating out of the largest hangars in Adelaide, NASE takes pride in delivering the highest quality maintenance services. With over 30 years of experience, we have successfully completed C-checks on a wide range of large aircraft, including the B717, BAe146, De Havilland, and Bombardier types, as well as other major maintenance projects.
Complementing our MRO capability, NASE operates a fully equipped workshop and machine shop, offering:
- Component repairs
- Overhauls
- NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)
- Painting (component and limited aircraft)
- Composite and sheet metal repairs
Manufacturing approval under CASR Part 21G
Our Capabilities Include:
- CASA Type Certification on DeHavilland DHC8 (100, 200, 300 and 400), Embraer E190 and BAE 146 Aircraft.
- Comprehensive line maintenance at our 2 maintenance bases in Adelaide and Perth.
- Base Maintenance at our dedicated facility in Adelaide, SA. Specialising in DeHavilland DHC8, Embraer E190 and Bae 146 aircraft.
- Engine servicing and troubleshooting.
- Structural repairs and modifications.
- Interior repairs, including seat cover and carpets manufacturing.
- Specialised paint services.
- AOG (Aircraft on Ground) response across Australia.
With decades of experience across a wide range of aircraft types, our in-house engineers operate to the highest international standards, including CASA and OEM-approved procedures.
