Stakeholder Requirements Documents

The Stakeholder Requirements Documents outline the ethical and regulatory compliance obligations expected of all NJE stakeholders, encompassing adherence to anti-bribery regulations, compliance with economic and trade sanctions, anti-money laundering measures, the prevention of slavery and human trafficking, and the avoidance of conflicts of interest.

Furthermore, stakeholders are expected to comply with various NJE internal policies in so far as applicable to the stakeholders.
